Obama is a HUGE Hypocrite on Terror Measures!

So let me get this right. Water-boarding a known terrorist to get crucial information that could save innocent lives is cruel and unusual punishment! But vaporizing a known terrorist as he's running, killing him and any intelligence we might have gleaned from him through water-boarding....is A-OK! Do I have that right? Oh, and other terrorists have the right to a fair trial in US courts, because Military Tribunals are unconstitutional...but then again, we can vaporize them as well hassle free?
