What a Racket! Free Money!

These are the facts! Illegals sneak over our border. They get a job. they have no Social Security Card, so they apply to the IRS for an "Independent Tax Identification Card". The IRS claims it doesn't know or care if they are citizens or not, as it's not their job to check. End of year comes. The illegals file their tax forms with the IRS using the issued tax ID card. They show income which is normally too low to tax, and claim children. They are then issued a check for $1000 per child! WHAT???
