This irresponsible, all knowing, Omnipotent, sorry excuse for a president ALWAYS goes around through the back door to get what he wants if he can't do it the right, legal way! He is the sneak of all sneaks! He can't get anything though legitimately, because nothing he tries makes any sense whatsoever! And he gets all the help he needs from his brain dead posse, or Cabinet!
