OUT OF CONTROL Federal Judges!

A Federal JUDGE (Singular) has struck down the Indiana Legislature (Plural) ruling to de-fund planned Parenthood there! A federal Judge stopped SB1070. Another stopped Wisconsin's Union law! Since when does one nutcase Judge over ride a complete legislature, or a majority citizen vote? WAY too much power for these self-righteous all knowing LOONS!
