Both Democrats and a
large portion of Blacks in America are the ones that WANT to keep

any tiny drop in unemployment insurance claims causes the left to say
how much better things are! NEW claims dropped from over 400,000 to 391,000

Republicans laid the foundation for civil rights by passing legislation and instituting programs that Democrats’ were adamantly opposed to, such as:
1. The Thirteenth Amendment in 1865 to abolish slavery.
2. The Civil Rights Act of 1866 to give Negroes citizenship and protect freed men from Black Codes and other repressive legislation.
3. The First Reconstruction Act of 1867 to provide more efficient Government of the Rebel- or Democrat-controlled states.
4. The Fourteenth Amendment in 1868 to make all persons born in the United States citizens. Part of this Amendment specifically states “No State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; or deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
5. The Fifteenth Amendment of 1870 to give the right to vote to every citizen.
6. The Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 to stop Klan terrorists to terrorized black voters, Republicans, white teachers who taught blacks, and Abolitionists.
7. The Civil Rights Act of 1875 to protect all citizens in their civil and legal rights and to prohibit racial discrimination in places of public accommodation.
8. Freedmen’s Bureau was a social program established by Republicans to feed, protect, and educate the former slaves.
9. The 1957 Civil Rights Act and the 1960 Civil Rights Act were signed into law by President Eisenhower who also established the U.S. Civil Rights Commission in 1958, a commission that was rejected by Truman during his administration.
10. The 1964 Civil Rights Act which key Republicans pushed law through while key Southern Democrats like Al Gore Sr. debated against its passage. More Republicans (in percentages) voted for this law than Democrats.”

When Bush left office in 2008, drug use among Americans was 5.8% of the population. Within 2 years, it went up to 8.9% of Americans using illicit drugs, with the sharpest increase in Marijuana use! This picture began circulating in November. It should be "The Picture of the
Year," or perhaps, "Picture of the Decade." It won't be. In fact,
unless you obtained a copy of the U.S. paper which published it, you
probably would never have seen it.
The picture is that of a
21-week-old unborn baby named Samuel Alexander Armas, who is being
operated on by surgeon named Joseph Bruner. The baby was diagnosed with
spina bifida and would not survive if removed from his mother's womb.
Dr. Bruner's remarkable surgical procedure is performed while the baby is still in the womb. As Dr. Bruner completed the
surgery on Samuel, the little guy reached his tiny, but fully developed
hand through the incision and firmly grasped the surgeon's finger, as if thanking the doctor for the gift of life. Dr.
Bruner was reported as saying that when his finger was grasped, it was
the most emotional moment of his life, and that for an instant during
the procedure he was just frozen, totally immobile.Samuel was born in
perfect health, the operation 100 percent successful.

Helping illegal kids get educated so they're not a further burden on society, in theory makes sense. However, they should not be here in the first place, their fault or not. That's the issue. If you keep giving out "incentives" and telling illegals you can skirt the law by doing this or that, or the law really doesn't matter, they will never stop climbing that fence. That's all I'm saying. Before you start doing those things, how about securing the border first, put more boots on the ground there, and THEN start figuring out ways to help those already here.
