Teachers Tenure is out of control! We have teachers guilty of misconduct sitting on their asses in "Rubber Rooms" and getting paid regular salaries because they cannot be fired! That's exactly how the Federal Government is. There's a reason for the term "it takes and act of congress". That's how it is in the government; instead of firing people they just push them aside and hire someone new. It's epidemic.
