Muslim Women: Why do they feel they have special rights?

Huge fight with injuries breaks out when Muslim women wearing very long scarves, Hi-jabs, were told they could not ride certain rides unless they were removed from their heads, as there are many dangers of having these things catch in the moving parts, or fly off on to the tracks causing other issues. Well they couldn't just peacefully abide by the rules, the same rules men with caps have to comply with. No...it had to turn into something Anti-Muslim"! please note that the amusement park had TWICE warned the tour guide of the 3,000 person strong group, that these head scarves would have to be removed for certain rides. They did all they could. Seems like there are still two sets of rules though for Muslims.
