Obama just announce he is letting hundreds of thousands of incarcerated Mexican Illegal Aliens go if they haven't committed a serious crime! Mexicans now think if they come here illegally and don't commit a serious crime, they are home free! So let me see...we're telling kids that stealing a candy bar is ok, but just don't rob a bank!
