Welfare Recipients Need Drug Testing To Collect in Florida!
GET this! Florida passed a law requiring drug tests on Welfare recipients! Hooray! I say drug test everyone who gets a handout from us...yes us. We are the government. At least those of us that pay taxes! The Black congresswoman from Florida, Corrine Brown says it violates the constitution! REALLY?
