MUST get drug tested to receive Welfare or Food Stamps!

GREAT LAW! Must get drug tested to get welfare/foodstamps. How about stipulating that if you get on Welfare, or Food stamps...you CANNOT have another child! If you get pregnant...it's over...no more free lunches! Oh, and you can't get welfare if your deadbeat boyfriend is living with you on the sly!
